"This state fam is horrible dealing with shyanne not sure how you spell her name very bad attitude I know a few who was dealing with her they left just like I did because of her and her nonsense state farm suck"

However, for over a decade my team and I have provided the very best service to you and your husband. We have endured (from you specifically) rude behavior, yelling, and using obscene language towards my team, among other things. I will not tolerate it as it’s not how we speak to our customers. My team does not deserve to be screamed at on nearly every interaction and be referred to with words that would make a sailor blush. I hope your next agent will tolerate your impossible behavior. "I was a customer for 10 years. I asked to not participate in the Bluetooth discount and the receptionist said “so are you going to delete your facebook and instagram, too?” And I was horrified and asked her what she said to me and she repeated it. I have emailed and tried getting into contact with Bob. He’s always in a meeting lately."
