"If you are paying a ridiculous amount of money for car or business insurance, you NEED to contact Bryce @ Bob Love-State Farm. He has been nothing but helpful, understanding, caring, friendly, patient, and professional. My husband and I were at the hospital, in the middle of dealing with my daughter having surgery, then complications from her surgery, and he was working for us and keeping us up to date on everything that was happening or needed to get us a new Business auto and liability policy. He saved us a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money! If you want to save money and work with someone who has excellent communication skills, is friendly, and professional, you can't beat Bryce. "This state fam is horrible dealing with shyanne not sure how you spell her name very bad attitude I know a few who was dealing with her they left just like I did because of her and her nonsense state farm suck"

We have endured (from you specifically) rude behavior, yelling, and using obscene language towards my team, among other things. I will not tolerate it as it’s not how we speak to our customers. My team does not deserve to be screamed at on nearly every interaction and be referred to with words that would make a sailor blush. I hope your next agent will tolerate your impossible behavior.
